Instructions:

Register with this form if you are paying via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or credit card.
 

1. Fill out the form and select the payment mode.

2. Submit the form.

3. Make your payment: Registration without payment cannot be confirmed. 

Credit card payment is available at a 4% surcharge. Please provide credit card details to Bruria by email only: bruria.usa@gmail.com
 

Cash: fill out the form and select "Cash Payment" in the dropdown menu 
When paying with cash, you must print out and attach this completely filled-out registration form. Each person sharing a room must also fill out a registration form; your payment can’t be processed without one. Please mark on the envelope – Rokdim Chicago Beketzev Acher 2025

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written notification needs to be received by email according to the dates listed below:

January 13-February 27, 2025: 50% non-refundable

February 27,- March 27, 2025: NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON

Join us for an exciting evening of dancing to get in the camp spirit on Wednesday, March 26.
