CANCELLATION POLICY: 

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written notification needs to be received by email according to the dates listed below:

January 13-February 27, 2025: 50% non-refundable

February 28-March 27, 2025: NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON  (Check your own travel insurance options)
